Mango Mint Green Smoothie

This smoothie can HEAL: hydrate, energize, alkalize, and love.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • Whole orange with half the peel
  • 1 Cup of plant mylk of choice
  • 1 Scoop vegan protein
  • 1 tsp. TriPow
  • Handful of mixed lettuce
  • Optional: 3 mint leaves

DIRECTIONS: 

Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
