Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Dress up those green, crunchy salads with the power of TriPow!

Add a nutritional punch to your salads and cooked veggies with this delectable salad dressing adapted from Becoming Vegan by Brenda Davis, RD and Vesanto Melina, RD.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flaxseed oil or olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tamari or Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp TriPow
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey

Note: For an oil free version, use 1 whole avocado and eliminate the oil.

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender. Serve immediately as a salad dressing or blend with 1 cup raw, soaked cashews for a tasty creamy drizzle for baked root vegetables.
