Dione's Green Smoothie

One of the most common ways people like to use their TriPow Greens is by adding it to green smoothies.

This is one of the easiest and most convenient ways to consume this super nutritious greens powder.

One of our wonderful customers from Calgary shared her favourite green smoothie recipe and we just had to pass it on to you!  



Dione says: “All the green goodness to get this fantastic day started off right! I have a super busy life with kids and business so I need to feed my body well!"

INGREDIENTS

•2 cups coconut water
•1 cup frozen pineapple
•1/2 English cucumber
•1 cup greens (kale, spinach, lettuce)
•1 tbsp chia seeds
•1 tbsp flax seeds
•1 frozen banana
•juice of 1 lime
•1 avocado
•serving of TriPow

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend in a high speed blender until smooth and enjoy! Makes 2 servings.

TRIPOW TIP: During the winter months replace frozen ingredients with room temperature ingredients. For this recipe specifically you can substitute the frozen pineapple and banana for refrigerated or room temperature options. Unless of course, you like cold drinks in the winter!
