Here’s how to make it:
•unsweetened coconut yogurt
•raw honey
•cinnamon
•fruit of choice (we used berries and peaches)
•chopped medjool date
•1 serving of Abundance Algae (anywhere from 1/8 - 1 tsp)
•optional: top with hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds or nuts
•optional: your favourite protein powder - unflavoured or vanilla

]]>In your Vitamix/Food processor blend up your Medjool dates and water till it’s a paste, then toss it into a big bowl & add in all of the other Base ingredients and mix well. Dump the mixture into a pan (a spring form pan will work best it you want a nice presentation) and press it down firmly, then put it in the freezer to firm up while you whip up the other layers.
Blend all ingredients together in your Vitamix/Food processor till creamy and smooth, then take your Base out of the freezer and spread Layer1 on. Don’t worry about washing your Vitamix between Layers...all the flavours and colors go together if you follow the steps so just keep on keepin on.
*Note: It takes at least 45min for this layer to firm up before you prep Layer 2.
Again blend all ingredients in your Vitamix/Food Processor till creamy and smooth and pour this bright green Abundance Algae and Peppermint Layer on top of Layer 1 and smooth it out carefully and evenly. Put this back in the freezer while you work on the topping.
*Note: Because this layer is thinner it will take about 15min for it to firm up
Again no need to clean the Vitamix, just toss these ingredients in, blend them up, and pour the topping onto the rest of your Layers, and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle on the Raw Cacao Nibs and place the whole pan back into the freezer for a 2hours to set.
Once bars are set take out of the freezer and cut into squares for serving. Place all squares into and air tight container and store in freezer. They will last as long as no one knows they are in there.
*This concoction is Organic, Gluten Free, Non-GMO & of course hand-made with love.

Add a nutritional punch to your salads with this delectable salad dressing adapted from Becoming Vegan by Brenda Davis, RD and Vesanto Melina, RD.
Note: For an oil free version, use 1 whole avocado and eliminate the oil.
Blend all ingredients together in a high-powered blender. Serve immediately as a salad dressing or blend with 1 cup raw, soaked cashews for a tasty creamy drizzle for baked root vegetables.

Dione says: “All the green goodness to get this fantastic day started off right! I have a super busy life with kids and business so I need to feed my body well!"
•2 cups coconut water
•1 cup frozen pineapple
•1/2 English cucumber
•1 cup greens (kale, spinach, lettuce)
•1 tbsp chia seeds
•1 tbsp flax seeds
•1 frozen banana
•juice of 1 lime
•1 avocado
•serving of Abundance Algae
Blend in a high speed blender until smooth and enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
TRIPOW TIP: During the winter months replace frozen ingredients with room temperature ingredients. For this recipe specifically you can substitute the frozen pineapple and banana for refrigerated or room temperature options. Unless of course, you like cold drinks in the winter!

Make our Monster Ball Dip for your Halloween Party this year to show your insides how much you care about them!
Full of protein, iron, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants this dip will give you an extra boost of nutrition, energy, and immunity. We couldn't think of a better snack to share with your friends and family!
1. Soak the Cashews in Boiling Hot Water for 30 Minutes.
2. Drain the Cashews, Place in blender.
3. Add all other ingredients to the blender except the Chives.
4. Blend until Smooth.
5. Texture will seem a little soft at this time. Place in a sealed container in the Fridge for 2-3 Hours or Overnight before Serving.
6. Sprinkle Chopped Chives on top to look like Monster Hairs.
7. Serve with crackers, chips, or Sweet Potato Chips like we’ve done here.
8. Enjoy!
